Abaco Seaside is a collection of individually owned private cottages (not a resort or group of cottages) scattered throughout Lubbers Quarters Cay. Some are available for vacation rental; others are offered for sale. Each has its own special unique charm. Lubbers Quarters is centrally located in the hub of the Abacos in north eastern Bahamas, a short one hour flight from the east coast of Florida. It is 10 minutes from Hope Town, 5 minutes from White Sound (both on Elbow Cay) and about 15 minutes from Marsh Harbour & Man-O-War.

World class diving, snorkeling, ocean fishing, bottom fishing, bone fishing, shelling and beautiful beaches are just some of the things to do and are minutes away from any of the cottages. The third largest barrier reef in the world surrounds Abaco.

Lubbers Quarters is a small, lush tropical island, about 300 acres and 1 ½ miles long, completely surrounded by beautiful turquoise water. We are truly right in the middle of the action. Yet we are unique in that Lubbers Quarters is small (that's our charm) and Abaco Seaside offers a variety of individually owned private seaside cottages in peaceful, serene settings away from crowds and noise.
